In the blink of an eye, our world has come to a halt. Suspended in time we wait and prepare to dream again. Just like our daily life, Chef Àlex Calderó’s cuisine suffered the full brunt of this crisis, he had to adapt and reinvent himself in this world that no longer makes sense. Almagama plunges us into his culinary universe where everything seems secluded but unique, distant but connected, a place where every little thing lives by itself but gradually finds its place and, at the end, brings a whole new meaning.
